When does my employer coverage actually end? - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a line cook. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
