When does my employer coverage actually end? - first time posting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
