When does my employer coverage actually end? - any advice?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a marketing coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
