When does my employer coverage actually end? after 7 years as a marketing coordinator

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
