When does my employer coverage actually end? after 3 years as a janitorial supervisor

I was told my coverage ends on my last day, but the letter says the end of the month. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
