When does my employer coverage actually end? after 3 years as a copywriter

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. I have an appointment next week.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
