When does my employer coverage actually end? after 15 years as an insurance claims processor

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. Thank you in advance. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
