When does my employer coverage actually end? after 14 years as an accounts payable clerk

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
