When does my employer coverage actually end? after 14 years as a forklift operator

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a forklift operator. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
