When does my employer coverage actually end?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an office manager. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The letter is unclear about dental and vision.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
