When does my employer coverage actually end? - 9 months and counting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
