When does my employer coverage actually end? - 8 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a barista. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be surprised by a bill.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
