When does my employer coverage actually end? - 7 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a store manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
