When does my employer coverage actually end? - 5 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a sales associate. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
