When does my employer coverage actually end? - 5 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
