When does my employer coverage actually end? - 4 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a project coordinator. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
