When does my employer coverage actually end? - 11 months and counting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. It has been a long 9 weeks. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
