When does my employer coverage actually end? - 11 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an HR coordinator. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
