When does my employer coverage actually end? - 10 weeks in

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
