What do I say about why I left my last job? - what worked for you?

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I also do not want to seem like a risk.

Practise it out loud with a friend. Mine felt natural after the third try.

If a company has been in the news for layoffs, you can mention that. Often the interviewer already knows.
