What do I say about why I left my last job? (update)

They always ask why I left, and I freeze. Thank you in advance. I have been practising in the mirror.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
