What do I say about why I left my last job?, pharmacy technician here

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I also do not want to seem like a risk. Do you mention numbers?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.
