What do I say about why I left my last job? - first time posting

They always ask why I left, and I freeze. I have been practising in the mirror.

If a company has been in the news for layoffs, you can mention that. Often the interviewer already knows.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
