What do I say about why I left my last job? - any advice?

They always ask why I left, and I freeze. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I do not want to blame the company.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
