What do I say about why I left my last job? after 3 years as an IT help-desk technician

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I do not want to blame the company. Do they ask follow-ups?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
