What do I say about why I left my last job? after 16 years as a janitorial supervisor

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I do not want to blame the company. What do you say?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.
