What do I say about why I left my last job? after 15 years as a data-entry clerk

They always ask why I left, and I freeze. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to blame the company. Do they ask follow-ups?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
