What do I say about why I left my last job? after 10 years as a retail manager

They always ask why I left, and I freeze. It has been a long 11 weeks. I do not want to blame the company. Do you mention numbers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
