What do I say about why I left my last job? - 22 weeks in

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also do not want to seem like a risk. Do they ask follow-ups?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.
