What do I say about why I left my last job? - 10 months and counting

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as a medical assistant. It has been weighing on me all week. I have been practising in the mirror. Do you mention numbers?

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
