Unemployment ran out before I found work - what worked for you?

The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am willing to take a temporary job. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
