Unemployment ran out before I found work - what worked for you?

My unemployment benefits end in 11 weeks and I have not found work as a web developer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to take a temporary job. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
