Unemployment ran out before I found work - what worked for you?

My unemployment benefits end in 24 weeks and I have not found work as a pharmacy technician. I have savings for about a month. Did you find short-term work?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
