Unemployment ran out before I found work (update)

I exhausted my benefits and have 13 interviews lined up. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
