Unemployment ran out before I found work, line cook here

I exhausted my benefits and have 12 interviews lined up. I have savings for about a month. What did you do after benefits ran out?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
