Unemployment ran out before I found work, hotel front-desk agent here

My unemployment benefits end in 24 weeks and I have not found work as a hotel front-desk agent. It has been a long 24 weeks. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?
