Unemployment ran out before I found work - any advice?

My unemployment benefits end in 9 weeks and I have not found work as a welding apprentice. It has been a long 9 weeks. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Food pantries and community kitchens helped us stretch the budget. No shame in using them.
