Unemployment ran out before I found work - any advice?

I exhausted my benefits and have 11 interviews lined up. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
