Unemployment ran out before I found work - 6 weeks in

My unemployment benefits end in 6 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
