Unemployment ran out before I found work - 5 weeks in

I exhausted my benefits and have 3 interviews lined up. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I have savings for about a month. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
