I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a welding apprentice. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
