Trimming expenses while I search - what worked for you?

I have 5 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a customer-service rep. Thank you in advance. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
