Trimming expenses while I search - what worked for you?

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $950 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
