Trimming expenses while I search - what worked for you?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a bookkeeper. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
