Trimming expenses while I search (Tampa)

We are a household of 17 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
