Trimming expenses while I search, production planner here

We are a household of 9 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $900 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
