Trimming expenses while I search (Kansas City)

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
