Trimming expenses while I search - first time posting

We are a household of 10 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
