Trimming expenses while I search - first time posting

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
