We are a household of 11 and need to cut costs quickly. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
